Work alongside a Lead Sew-in Specialist on Coiffique tag-team appointments across the Los Angeles area. Assistants always work with a Lead, never alone, and follow the Lead's direction to keep every appointment running smoothly.

What you'll do
Wash and blowdry the client's hair before the install
Braid down for the sew-in
Help with sew-in take downs
Record photos and video during the appointment for Coiffique content
Follow the Lead's direction on whatever keeps the appointment running smoothly
Keep the station organized and help with cleanup
What we're looking for
Skilled at wash and blowdry and flat braid downs for sew-ins
Comfortable being guided by the Lead during every appointment
A basic understanding of how to record good content: good lighting, steady shots, clean angles. No editing needed
18 or older
Reliable transportation in the Los Angeles area

How it works

We review your application and invite you to orientation.
Orientation. Short online lessons on your phone. Stop and come back anytime.
Skills videos. Record a few short videos on your phone so we can see your work and place you on the right team. You will see exactly what we look for before you record, and a mannequin is fine.
Background check. Once your skills are approved, we send it to you automatically.
Start accepting shifts. Sign your agreement, add a profile photo and pick the shifts that work for you. Set up payouts before your first payday.
