Lead a Coiffique tag team on in-home sew-in appointments across the Dallas area. You set the plan, keep the standard, and make sure every client leaves with a natural, polished install. Leads are considered experts in their craft and are able to lead and guide a team effectively.

What you'll do
Plan the install with the client: leave out, parting and the final look
Sew in wefts, blend the leave out and style the finish while your Assistant handles the wash, blowdry and braid down
Install V part and U part wigs
Direct your Assistant and keep the team on time and on standard
Check every detail and the finish before the client sees it
Review and recommend the Assistants you work with
What we're looking for
An expert in your craft, able to lead and guide a team effectively
Expert in sew-ins with minimal leave out, V part and U part wigs, and natural leave out blending
Flat, secure braid patterns and clean, even tracks
Clean, consistent work at a strong pace
Experience leading or training other stylists
Calm, clear communication with clients and the team
Comfortable creating content when you work an appointment alone
18 or older
Reliable transportation in the Dallas area

How it works

We review your application and invite you to orientation.
Orientation. Short online lessons on your phone. Stop and come back anytime.
Skills videos. Record a few short videos on your phone so we can see your work and place you on the right team. You will see exactly what we look for before you record, and a mannequin is fine.
Background check. Once your skills are approved, we send it to you automatically.
Start accepting shifts. Sign your agreement, add a profile photo and pick the shifts that work for you. Set up payouts before your first payday.
