Coiffique is a protective style focused salon built on structure, precision, and teamwork.

This is not a booth rental salon. Stylists are hired for execution within our service model and salon standards

All applicants must be 18 years or older.
All new hires must complete a mandatory 2 week integration and training program before servicing clients.

TRAINING REQUIREMENT

All stylists must complete a 2 week mandatory training and evaluation program.

This training is designed to:

Integrate you into our tag team structure
Assess technical skill
Evaluate speed and professionalism

Training is unpaid and required prior to full onboarding. At the end of the 2 week period, management will determine whether the stylist is a good fit for continued onboarding at Coiffique.

Only stylists who meet our execution, professionalism, and team standards will be offered a position.
