Service Description
• Braiding hair is included with this service. See add ons for details • Completed using multiple stylists for a faster service • Human hair is not included and must be brought by the client • Bring 1–3 bundles of bulk human hair • Only bulk human hair is accepted • Cut bundles or wefted hair are not allowed
Cancellation Policy
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be accepted in Cash, Zelle CANCELLATIONS: You must cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. 1 reschedule allowed per appointment. DOUBLE CHECK: Please confirm your appointment details ahead of time. Same-day changes may not be possible. If anything feels off during your service, let us know right away. LATE ARRIVAL: After 10 minutes, a $30 late fee applies. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. Without communication, it will be marked as a no-call/no-show. NO GUESTS: No extra guests or children are allowed in the salon. No chaperones. BRING FOOD: Clients are allowed to bring food and drinks to their appointment.
